RPL39L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL39L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,594 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL39L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of double-strand break repair, DNA replication initiation, and Regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with RPL39L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of double-strand break repair grouped by RPL39L-low versus RPL39L-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL39L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL39L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
