Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL39-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3912, MRPS35P3, and MIR6780A. Each is linked with RPL39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL39→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
