Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL37P25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,148 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL37P25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with RPL37P25 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37P25-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37P25 results are reported.
