Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL37P25 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL37P25 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL37P25 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL37P25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and BLCA show a favorable association.

ACC, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where RPL37P25 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
