Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL37 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL37 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RPL37 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where RPL37 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
