Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,421 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL37-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6KA1, CCRL2, and LILRB3. Each is linked with RPL37 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL37 versus RPS6KA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL37→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
