Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,966 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Replication-born double-strand break repair via sister chromatid exchange, Endosomal transport, and Endosomal vesicle fusion. Each is linked with RPL37 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37 results are reported.
