Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36AP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,242 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL36AP53-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, Mitochondrial protein processing, and Pyrimidine nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RPL36AP53 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36AP53-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36AP53 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
