Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36AL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL36AL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT7, IL1B, and ADIRF-AS1. Each is linked with RPL36AL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36AL-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36AL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL36AL versus SYT7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL36AL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL36AL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
