Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,772 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL36A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS25, RPL27, and RPL35. Each is linked with RPL36A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL36A versus RPS25 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL36A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL36A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
