RPL35P8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,908 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35P8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7AP6, RPL26P19, and RPS18P12. Each is linked with RPL35P8 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35P8-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35P8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL35P8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL35P8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
