The most reproducible RPL35AP28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA 3'-end processing, Mitochondrial gene expression, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RPL35AP28 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35AP28-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35AP28 results are reported.
