Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL35AP28 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL35AP28 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RPL35AP28 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL35AP28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where RPL35AP28 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
