Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35AP24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,430 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL35AP24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Macromolecule methylation. Each is linked with RPL35AP24 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35AP24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35AP24 results are reported.
