Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,091 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL35AP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APTX, UNC13B, and TOPORS_S98. Each is linked with RPL35AP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35AP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35AP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL35AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL35AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
