Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL35AP2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL35AP2 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL35AP2 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RPL35AP2 RNA expression shows 6,613 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight DLBC, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL35AP2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
