Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35AP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL35AP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF638_S128, SREK1, and KDM3B. Each is linked with RPL35AP14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35AP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35AP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP14 versus ZNF638_S128 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL35AP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL35AP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
