Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,158 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF15, DRG1P1, and GPR68. Each is linked with RPL35 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35 results are reported.
