RPL35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,030 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7A, RPS3A, and RPL29. Each is linked with RPL35 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL35 versus RPL7A in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
