Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL34P23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,983 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL34P23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Pyrimidine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Pyrimidine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RPL34P23 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL34P23-to-partner and partner-to-RPL34P23 results are reported.
