The most reproducible RPL34P22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with RPL34P22 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL34P22-to-partner and partner-to-RPL34P22 results are reported.
