Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,491 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translational elongation, Regulation of endodermal cell differentiation, and Regulation of translational termination. Each is linked with RPL32P9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translational elongation grouped by RPL32P9-low versus RPL32P9-high in KICH.
