Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL32P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL32P9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RPL32P9 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL32P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LAML show a favorable association.
LUSC, ACC, and ESCA are the cancer types where RPL32P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
