Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL32P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL32P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RPL32P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL32P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.
OV, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RPL32P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
