Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,734 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMNB1, TOP2B, and MEAK7. Each is linked with RPL32P11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P11-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL32P11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL32P11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
