Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,564 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL32-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL10, RPL26, and RPL29. Each is linked with RPL32 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL32 versus RPL10 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
