Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETD2, SNU13, and SPOUT1. Each is linked with RPL32 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL32 versus SETD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
