Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEP. Each is linked with RPL32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEP grouped by RPL32-low versus RPL32-high in UCEC.
