RPL32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,765 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial disulfide relay system, Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway, and Protein import into mitochondrial intermembrane space. Each is linked with RPL32 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial disulfide relay system grouped by RPL32-low versus RPL32-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
