Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL30P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,985 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL30P11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with RPL30P11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL30P11-to-partner and partner-to-RPL30P11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane grouped by RPL30P11-low versus RPL30P11-high in STAD.
