Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL30P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL30P11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPL30P11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL30P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where RPL30P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
