RPL30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,298 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP23, PTK2, and NOP58. Each is linked with RPL30 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL30-to-partner and partner-to-RPL30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL30 versus UTP23 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
