Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,154 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, CNRIP1, and KLHDC1. Each is linked with RPL3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL3 versus CBX7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
