Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL29-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL627P, MRPL50P4, and GSTM5P1. Each is linked with RPL29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL627P grouped by RPL29-low versus RPL29-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
