Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,632 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL27P7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WASHC2A_S230, ELAVL1, and ALB. Each is linked with RPL27P7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27P7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL27P7 versus WASHC2A_S230 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.80.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL27P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL27P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
