Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL27P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL27P7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RPL27P7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL27P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and ESCA show a favorable association.
KICH, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RPL27P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
