Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,430 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL27P12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with RPL27P12 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27P12-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27P12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization grouped by RPL27P12-low versus RPL27P12-high in ESCA.
