Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL27AP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL27AP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL27AP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL27AP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LIHC show a favorable association.

ACC, THCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where RPL27AP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
