RPL27A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,595 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL27A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRP8, C11orf58, and MED8_S82. Each is linked with RPL27A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL27A versus RRP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
