Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,574 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL27A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD34, JAM2, and KLHDC1. Each is linked with RPL27A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL27A versus CD34 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
