Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL27A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDY8P, RNA5SP405, and ATP2B2-IT2. Each is linked with RPL27A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDY8P grouped by RPL27A-low versus RPL27A-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
