Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27A mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL27A-associated genes across cancer lineages are iDC. Each is linked with RPL27A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27A results are reported.
