Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL27A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,755 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL27A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly. Each is linked with RPL27A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27A results are reported.
