RPL27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR1D, NIP7, and NOP16. Each is linked with RPL27 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL27 versus POLR1D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
