RPL27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL27-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF519P3, CMC4, and MIR5787. Each is linked with RPL27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF519P3 grouped by RPL27-low versus RPL27-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
