Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,941 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Vacuole organization, and Regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with RPL27 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27 results are reported.
