Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26P31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,896 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL26P31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, RNA localization, and Mitochondrial transport. Each is linked with RPL26P31 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26P31-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26P31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process grouped by RPL26P31-low versus RPL26P31-high in ESCA.
