Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,281 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6, RPL27, and RPL28. Each is linked with RPL26 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26 results are reported.
