RPL24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,778 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23, RPL35, and RPS8. Each is linked with RPL24 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL24 versus RPL23 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
