RPL24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSX2, RNA5SP305, and SNORD113-7. Each is linked with RPL24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSX2 grouped by RPL24-low versus RPL24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
